Thousands upon thousands of technology-oriented periodicals and blogs crowd the internet these days, so why another? I believe no matter what languages we work in, where we're from, or what role or level of experience we have in what we do, each of us has a voice and can add to the discourse in our respective communities by speaking up. The articles published here will be my contribution in that spirit. We also all have our own reasons for speaking-up — you'll find a brief explanation of mine below but I'll also revisit them in more detail in later articles.
